When you or your team embark on a process, the first step is to imagine what will be different afterwards - without any restrictions or prohibitions - because there are usually major obstacles and they don't really need to be there. This often leads to limited room for maneuver, pressure and feelings of stress, the feeling of "too much".

It all starts with a goal: whether it is development, a change of course or learning - sustainable change requires a movement towards it.

The reality check comes later and together we come up with very pragmatic implementation methods, exercises, team agreements or formats. You can try these out and after a certain time there is a consultation and advice on what works and what doesn't.

Realization and implementation

Making changes is an additional task in everyday life, which is usually packed to the brim. There is hardly any time or space for reflection. In fact, such a calculation does not work: if you take the time to take a more fundamental look at your processes, collaboration and self-management, it will pay off in the long term. try it!

My support and formats help to quickly identify critical points and find solutions together. Implementation is not the end of the process, but begins with the process.

Sustainable results are achieved when everyone involved is on board. That's why I work in a dialogical, participatory and transparent manner from the outset.
