Coaching and sparring partner
Change, decision-making, role clarification, taking new professional and private paths - in everyday life we often don't find the space to get in touch with ourselves and our desires, to question and ignore the outside world and supposed necessities and constraints and to find out what is best for us at the moment. Or we have "no head" to perceive anything else because we can only see one perspective from where we are, we can't look around the corner or do the mental headstand!
In coaching, you can bring your strengths and goals to the fore in a confidential space, discover and change thought and attitude patterns, open up new thinking spaces, see previously unnoticed paths and take them successfully. You can prepare specific situations, conversations and topics in order to master them with more ease or paint and color scenarios to clear the way for the next steps.
Using embodiment methods, we can work directly and pragmatically on your issues in live coaching: You can track down your patterns and reprogram them.

Workshops and trainings
In my workshops, I invite you to redesign your everyday life with new approaches, a mindful attitude and changed communication: Following career paths according to your own ideas, mastering the transition to leadership positions, clarifying roles, being able to say clearly and precisely what you want (in small and large settings) strategic networking - you can discover, reflect on and work on these topics and more in a confidential and interactive space.
For science managers, research coordinators or scientists with management tasks, I offer seminars on the science system and various workshops to accompany complex processes, systemic approaches and problem solving.
My focus is on New Work, diversity and facilitative approaches in leadership and organization. Because I am firmly convinced (and it is proven) that environments in which people can develop their strengths, in which they feel safe and valued, are healthier, more energetic and more enthusiastic about their work.

Facilitation and process support
Reflection rooms for teams and committees at all levels of the organization are important.
Sustained motivation, goal development and further development as a team, changes of direction and course, preventing or dealing with conflicts - all of these can be occasions to bring in a facilitator. Setting goals for new topics and projects, dealing productively with heterogeneity and diversity or merging departments are also occasions for facilitation. Whether it's a team day, a closed meeting or longer developments in the context of changes, e.g. towards more diversity - I will design your process with you and ensure that you achieve your goals!
Learning organizations find it easier and are more successful in the face of constant change. This requires new ways of working together so that the right employees can be found and retained and an attractive working environment can be created. I work with you to design and support this cultural change.
