In coaching, I work individually on your topics such as career planning, project and self-management and many more.
Coaching also gives managers the opportunity to reflect on their own leadership actions or to get input on processes or ideas.
Teams and groups
Reflection rooms for teams and groups at all levels of the organization are important! Sustained motivation, goal development and further development as a team, changes of direction and course, preventing or dealing with conflicts - all of these can be occasions to bring in a facilitator. Setting goals for new topics and projects, dealing productively with heterogeneity and diversity or merging departments are also occasions for moderation. Whether it's a team day, a closed meeting or longer processes in the context of changes, e.g. for more diversity - I design a format in which everyone can participate and feel comfortable.
Processes
Learning organizations find it easier and are more successful in the face of change. This requires new ways of working together so that the right employees can be found and retained and an attractive working environment can be created. I work with you to design and support cultural change.
Further training, workshops, seminars
In workshops, I work with groups on individual topics in greater depth: How do I plan my career (Business Model You), promotion planning, presentation skills and communication, strategic networking and preparation for leadership.
I focus on new work, diversity, people-centered organization: moderation for safer spaces, leading at eye level and recognizing and preventing biases, sensitive language and communication and more
Especially for science managers, research coordinators or scientists with management tasks, I offer seminars on the science system and various workshops to accompany complex processes, systemic approaches and problem solving.
I offer workshops in German or English. I am also happy to design a workshop for your topic.
