Who I am
...
Literary scholar and philosopher, lecturer, department head, singer, science manager and organizational developer, facilitator, consultant and mediator: my diverse stations and experiences in the national and international science system, at memorial sites and my own music and theater productions cannot be reduced to one term. I bring them into the different and unique constellations of each team and each person.
My expertise and topics therefore range from career development, equality and diversity, digitalization and shaping transformation processes to issues of voice, body, mindset/attitude and empowerment.

My main interest is to promote new structures and mindsets hand in hand, to create working environments in which everyone can feel comfortable, communication flows and diversity is filled with life.

How I work...
I do not work according to one approach: Facilitation, systemic theory as well as embodied cognition and psychology, language theory, theater and vocal work, western philosophy of cognition and yoga underpin my work. I aim to create spaces in which existing knowledge and potential emerge and unfold, so that consensual and sustainable solutions are found and realised.
Central to this is changing structures as well as mindset, a appreciative, open communication, diversity and resilience.
