Coaching and sparring partner
There are always at least seven different paths, but everyday life, structures and culture do not allow us to see them. Truly free decisions need space to think in new ways and discover surprising things. Differentiation needs clarity.
In coaching, I open up this space with you! I am your sparring partner for headstands, for future scenarios and for very pragmatic solutions.
Workshops and trainings
Leading with confidence, being authentic, understanding and using the power of questions and listening, managing heterogeneity, living diversity, listening to and involving all interest groups, finding your own way - you can learn all this and more in my workshops in a goal-oriented, pragmatic and everyday way.
I offer all workshops in English or German.
Facilitation and process support
Is your team or committee, your department or organization facing changes or would you like to develop new goals and visions?
Would you simply like to take stock and "muck out" what no longer works? I will work with you to design the process and facilitate the event in a goal-oriented way so that everyone is heard and results are found and supported together.

Who I am...
Coach, lecturer, facilitator, consultant - my work draws on my diverse experience in the national and international academic system as well as my work in memorial sites and my singing and theater work.
My expertise and topics range from career development, equality and diversity, digitalization and design to transformation processes, leadership mindset/attitude and empowerment.
How I work...
Raising the intelligence and freedom of people individually or in groups so that sustainable solutions and decisions can be found and implemented - that is my goal.
I've been around and done a lot: facilitation, systemic theory and embodied cognition, language theory, theater and vocal work, western philosophy of cognition and yoga underpin my work.
